Payment

Paying at vatpomp.nl is very simple via iDeal in a secure online environment. You pay conveniently through your own bank, and after receipt of payment we will ship your order as soon as possible. If you wish to collect your order yourself, you can pay your invoice in cash on site.

All your personal and transaction data are sent encrypted via an SSL connection. You can recognise this by the green padlock in your browser.

Shipping & delivery

All our products are delivered free of charge throughout the Benelux. Our carrier UPS usually delivers your order within 3 working days.

Returns

Is your product damaged upon receipt? That is always annoying. We will gladly resolve this with you as soon as possible. Complaints regarding damaged goods must be submitted within 8 days of receipt.

Repair & warranty

Our entire range comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Our products are supported for years by our technicians, and we have an extensive range of spare parts. In this way we maximise operational reliability, and you will not be disappointed by a FLUX product.
